3 Kg Lego Sumo

The task of the 3KG Lego sumo robot is to remove its opponent from the ring, and all rules of courtesy and competition must be followed while performing this task. This category is open to everyone regardless of any difficulty, technical level or age group.

Competitions are valid for all age groups, and when deemed appropriate by the Competition Committee and the jury, participants can be divided into age groups and evaluated separately.

Weight Limit

Robots must weigh no more than 3 kg and must be built from LEGO pieces.

Team & Fee

Participation in this category is paid and the cost per team and robot is €100.

The field will be prepared using the same materials for the competition and tests.
Robots must be registered in advance with technical inspection.
The technical review must be completed within the time specified by the organizers.
Any questions or problems will be resolved by the referee.
In case of any objection, the final decision will be made by the referee and/or organizers.
Applications are limited to quota. Maximum 20 teams per category.
