Mega Sumo

Mega Sumo robots aim to push their opponents out of the Dohyo while strictly adhering to fair play and competition rules. Because the category involves autonomous robots, all movements and strategies must be pre-programmed.

Participation is open to all age groups. When deemed appropriate by the Competition Committee and judges, matches may be evaluated in separate age groups including High School (16-18) and above.

Important Notice

The Start module to be used in the competition must work with RC5 code and comply with Article 15 of the competition specifications. Fibonacci International Competition Remote will be used in the competition.

Team & Fee

Participation in this category is paid and the cost per team and robot is €100.

The Start module must work with RC5 code and comply with Article 15 of the specifications.
Fibonacci International Competition Remote will be used.
The field will be prepared using the same materials for the competition and tests.
Robots must be registered in advance with technical inspection.
Any questions or problems will be resolved by the referee.
Applications are limited to quota. Maximum 20 teams per category.
